Press Brake Forming & Bending

A Press Brake is a vital machine used in metal fabrication for bending, shaping, pressing, and stamping sheet metal and plate. It employs a punch and die mechanism to apply controlled pressure, creating precise bends and angles in various metal materials. Through press brake bending and press brake forming, we can achieve the exact shapes and angles required for each project. Heavy steel plate rolling capabilities ensure we can work with larger, thicker materials to meet the needs of every customer. Because of the Press Brake's many usages, it allows IMF to accommodate each customer's unique requirements.

Types of Forming We Offer

Metal forming is a useful process used to fabricate a wide range of complex products. Having the right tools for the job, makes the process more efficent and effective:

  • 600-ton Press: Supporting a 16-foot bed, this press is a key asset in IMFs metal fabrication process, offering unparallel strength and versatility for large scale projects. This powerful machine allows us to handle extensive bending, pressing, and stamping tasks with ease, accommodating a wide range of materials, including steel and aluminum.
  • 300-ton, CNC Press: Is an essential tool, supporting a 14-foot bed. It provides the versatility needed for jobs requiring a moderate amount of force, making it it perfect for thinner materials. CNC operation makes it the perfect tool for large run orders.
