  • Quality Management System (QMS): ISO 9001 certification held since 2005, and currently maintaining ISO 9001:2015 standards.
  • Inspection and Testing: Regular inspection of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products using standardized testing methods to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
  • Technology: In-house inspections occur with the use of, multiple Coordinated Measuring Machines (CMM), Optical Comparators, material Hardness Testing, Weld Penetration and Magnetic Particle Inspections (MPI)
  • Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA): A systematic approach to investigating and addressing quality issues, including root cause analysis and implementation of corrective measures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuous improvement is a core principle of ISO 9001, and allows IMF to leverage tools such as; Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA), Management commitment to Quality Objectives and customer satisfaction.
